This is not an angry fan tirade, it is just an observation. I am a White Sox and Bulls fan. My question- Does any major city in America have worse run professional teams than Chicago?
2024 was not a great year for Chicago sports fans.
Bulls- 6 (1991, 1992, 1993, 1996, 1997, 1998)
Blackhawks- 3 (2010, 2013, 2015)
Bears- 1 (1985)
White Sox- 1 (2005)
Cubs- 1 (2015)
* Cubs and Sox have each only won one championship in last 100 years.
* The Bulls organization has never won a championship without Michael Jordan.
* Chicago has the third largest market in pro sports.
I realize I am biased being a Sox and Bulls fan, but I think we as Bulls/Sox fans have it much better than the fans of the other teams. Our owner, Mr.Reinsdorf, doesn’t have any Sox or Bulls games on any cable service- so we don’t have to watch the games!
Maybe next year?
