Shooting Workouts

Alford Shooting- Shooting workout that can be adjusted to shoot 100, 150, 200, or 250 shots. It is a great conditioner also. You alternate between shooting and then ft’s.

WNBA Shooting- Players must make two in a row to advance from spots. Then they “rest” by shooting ft’s.

Daniel’s Shooting- 150 shot workout

FT Shooting

8 x 8 Shooting- A competitive shooting drills that you can do vs. time.

Celtic Shooting- A competitive two minute shooting drill. You pick the distance to shoot.

Streaks 200 Shot Workout- A basic shooting program that uses the model of Alford Shooting where you alternate between games shots and then ft’s.

Tennessee Shooting- It involves having either a shooting partner or having two other shooters with you.
