Here is a workout that can be done at home and will take only 18 minutes.
Circuit 1- Do 50 of each of the following- pushups, crunches, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, body squats. You must complete 50 of each, but you don't have to do all at once. It might be that you do 10 pushups, then 10 crunches, then 10 mountain climbers, etc. The idea is that you eventually have to get 50 of each completed.
Rest- 1-2 minutes.
Circuit 2- Repeat what you did in Circuit 1.
Rest- 1-2 minutes.
Circuit 3- Repeat what you did in Circuit 1.
This should take 18 minutes.
