Favorite Teachers / Classes
I really enjoyed all of my Science and Spanish classes, and the teachers that taught them. My all time favorite class was Individual Literature because I got to choose a different book to read on my own each week during class. I also loved going to the school library and Mrs. Robinson was great. Señora Robinson was also amazing and I babysat for her here and there, which was super fun.
Memories of growing up in Galesburg and going to GHS
I loved all of my teachers at Silas Willard and feel that is one of the best things about growing up in Galesburg. I was also lucky to have some amazing teachers at Churchill and GHS. They all inspired me to become a teacher because I want to share the love for literacy and learning with all students, just as they did.
Basketball was obviously my absolute favorite thing about Galesburg! The devotion to Girls' Basketball in this town is so special. The work ethic you helped instill in all of us drives me still to this day to accomplish personal and professional goals.

I have always been an avid reader and dedicate a lot of my weekends to reading for fun to take a break from work. My family and I are also so obsessed with my sister Carly's baby!
