Illinois Girls BB- Who Was Most Impressive Undefeated State Champ?

It is impossible to compare teams that are separated by decades. Could Nora Lewis and the ‘83 Richwoods team have handled the ‘24 Lincoln ball press? Could the ‘88 Maine West team have beaten the ‘19 Maine West team? How would small school ‘88 Teutopolis have done vs the ‘82 Chicago Marshall team? Would anyone be able to beat Candace Parker and ‘03 Naperville Central?

Here is a list of all the undefeated State Champs in Illinois girls basketball history….
