As coaches, we often complain that our players are not moving. We need to get some movement to be harder to guard. Minnesota uses an action that includes all five players touching the ball, 3 dribble hand offs, and a stagger screen.
Diagram #1- Simple dribble handoff.
Diagram #2- After passing, #3 cuts thru to the corner.
Diagram #3- #5 flashes to the elbow to get pass from #4. #4 screens away.
Diagram #4- #2 coming off the screen will get the ball with a dribble handoff.
Diagram #5- #2 runs a dribble handoff for #1. #3 comes off the stagger to the top.
