25 Years Ago- 2001
For years, Galesburg sports fans had to deal with Quincy fans accusing the Streaks of violating IHSA rules to get Bumpy Nixon. When Quincy came under investigation for their regular use of foreign exchange students, Galesburg fans felt it might just be karma.
10 Years Ago- 2016
The finishing touches were being put on the statue of Carl Sandburg in the town square.
