Saturday was a day of tough losses in the WB6-
Galesburg girls lost at Pekin 41-38.
Moline boys lost to DeSmet out of St. Louis 48-44.
Quincy boys lost to Vashon out of St. Louis 59-56.
Washington girls remain #1 in girls basketball.
Washington went 33 days and 12 games between home games. So until Tuesday, they had played 3 home games, 7 neutral site games, and 9 away games. Last Friday they beat #10 ranked (MaxPrep) Ottawa at Ottawa 54-17. Tuesday finally got their home game vs. Dunlap (#17 MaxPrep), and they struggled to a 57-52 win.
