Coaches’ Corner- Post/Post Pick and Pop

Everyone runs some form of pick and pop on the perimeter. This is using two post players. 

Figure 1- #4 sets ball screen for #5. 4X is probably comfortable defending when their person sets a ball screen. 5X is probably less familiar with defending a ball screen when their person is the one being screened. 

Figure 2- #4 pops the screen and is open for a shot.
