Coaches’ Corner- Flex Backdoor

 

This is a nice backdoor off flex action. If you have a shooter that they want to deny coming up off the baseline, this is a good option.

Figure 1- This is the basic flex action.

Figure 2- As soon as #4 screens down, they are going to break to the elbow. #2 will come up wide to the top. #1 hits #4 who will look for #2 going for the backdoor.
