Ted Lasso show is very funny and very entertaining, but the guy knows coaching. Lots of great players and coaches agree with him.
Ted Lasso- Don't sell yourself short. If anything sell yourself tall and get it altered later.
Caitlin Clark- In second grade I wrote on a piece of paper, get drafted in the WNBA.
Ted Lasso- You know the happiest animal on Earth is? It's a goldfish. You know why? It's got a 10 second memory.
Coach K- Go onto the next play.
Ted Lasso- If you care about someone, and you got a little love in your heart, there ain't nothing you can't get through together.
Coach K- All of us alone are weaker than if all of us are together. Five fingers are weak but put them together into a fist and they have power.
Ted Lasso- I think thing come into our lives to help us get from one place to a better place.
Tony Bennett- If you can learn to use adversity right, it will buy you a ticket to a place you could not have gone any other way.
Ted Lasso- It's funny to think of all the thing in one's life that can happen just 'cause a fellas shoelace comes undone.
John Wooden- We will begin by learning how to put our socks on properly, and how to tie our shoes. (True story, the first thing they did as freshmen at UCLA.)
Ted Lasso- I believe in hope. I believe in believe.
Pat Summit- Attitude is a choice. Believe in yourself.
Ted Lasso- Explaining the offside rule in soccer, "I am going to put it the same way the US Supreme Court did back in 1964 when they defined pornography. It ain't easy to explain, you know it when you see it."
Jim Valvano- I asked a ref if he could give me a technical foul for what I was thinking. He said of course not. So I said to him, "I think you stink." He gave me a technical. You can't trust officials.
Ted Lasso- I promise you there is something worse out there than being sad and that's being alone and being sad. Ain't no on in this room alone.

Ted Lasso- You know how they say that "youth is wasted on the young"? Well, I say don't let wisdom of age be wasted on you.
Dick Bennett- We cannot accept in victory what we would not accept in defeat.
Ted Lasso- There's two buttons I never like to hit. And that's panic and snooze.
