Tom Thibodeau- "Team Personality"

When Coach Thibodeau received the NBA Coach of Year Award, he showed his leadership. Most of his conversation was about the qualities of his players- he passed the praise onto the players.

"Each team takes on its own personality. It's not my personality. It's their personality. It's their willingness to work, their willingness to share. I saw that from the first day. I saw how serious their approach was, how much they put into it. That's the important thing about becoming a team. When you get a team that truly commits and everybody puts everything into it every day, you don't have to worry about anything else. You've done everything you can do. That's how I measure success."
He discussed his parents as an inspiration. All of us would do well each day to look back and remember the examples our parents and grandparents set for us.

"My parents. I saw every day how hard they worked and the example they set."
